The role is accountable for achieving sales within their store in accordance with the annual retail sales budget, using best charity retail practice, creative flair and an ability to lead by example while promoting excellent customer service.Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.

Responsibilities

  • To achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and all retail KPIs.
  • To maximise sales by maintaining high standards of display and layout in the shop, ensuring stock density is maintained and regular rotation of stock is carried out while following guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Be pro-active in the generation of stock.
  • To ensure stock is priced according to the charity’s guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant management experience in a clothing retail sales environment with experience of cash handing.
  • Experience of working within and achieving income and expenditure budgets.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
