The post holder will work within the Action Cancer Therapeutic Services team to provide an Integrative Holistic Therapy service (aromatherapy, reflexology and relaxation) for people with cancer and their families.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a comprehensive holistic assessment of clients and ensure that evaluations are carried out for each client.
- Ensure that up to date records are kept on each client treated and filed/recorded electronically in accordance with the Holistic Therapies policy and GDPR.
- Ensure the efficient control, supply and storage of Holistic Therapy resources e.g. oils and equipment.
- Attendance at scheduled team meetings may be additional to the hours set out in the attached client session timetable.
Skills and Qualifications
- Hold a Diploma in Clinical Aromatherapy and a Diploma in Reflexology (both recognised by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council OR the Federation for Holistic Therapies or AOR).
- Hold current registration with either Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council or the Federation for Holistic Therapies (give registration number).
Further Information
Salary: £30,559 – £32,654.
