Overall Responsibility
The Services Administration Coordinator, as part of the Services Administration Team, is responsible for overseeing and coordinating high-quality administrative, clerical, and reception support for Action Cancer’s services at Action Cancer House and aboard the Big Bus mobile unit. This role includes coordinating services administration procedures, supervising staff and volunteers, liaising with Montgomery’s Transport for Big Bus operations, ensuring accurate data entry, and upholding data protection and client confidentiality standards.
