We’re looking for a thoughtful and grounded programme associate to join Full Circle Foundation, a values-led ecocentric grant-making organisation that supports regenerative, community-rooted approaches to environmental and social change.
This role is part of our global agroecology programme and includes strategy co-creation, relational grant-making, and partner accompaniment. We\’re particularly interested in those with lived or field experience in agroecology, regenerative economies, or biocultural systems.

Profile attributes:
Essential
- Demonstrated programme or field experience in agroecology and, preferably, one or more of FCF’s thematic (see FCF goals) or regional areas (Australia, Canada, Congo Basin, Amazonia, Melanesia and SE Asia).
- Experience or understanding of the economic and livelihood dimensions of agroecology, including how regenerative practices intersect with food sovereignty, community wellbeing, and rural economies.
- Experience or understanding of social change mechanisms, field building and movement strengthening.
- Strong ability to analyse socio-political power dynamics, particularly in relation to harm caused by global agribusiness and the role of reparative justice.
- Understanding of governance principles with the ability to offer supportive guidance or signposting to grantees navigating organisational structure, accountability, or leadership challenges.
- Comfort with working in ambiguous, adaptive environments and the ability to hold multiple ways of knowing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a relational, nurturing and listening-centred approach to partner support.
- Familiarity with indigenous knowledge systems, regenerative practices, or alternative paradigms of development and change.
- Openness to challenge dominant paradigms (e.g., technocratic or extractive models) through skilful means, and bold space for radical imagination.
- Alignment and commitment to FCF’s values and its mission.
- Ability to travel both locally and internationally to partners/grantees/conferences.
- Ability to write and communicate in English.
Desirable
- Other languages relevant to FCF’s Regional Programmes (Congo Basin, Amazonia, Melanesia and SE Asia).
- Experience working with Foundations.
