At Sycamore Care we provide specialist person‑centred support for individuals with complex physical, behavioural, neurological, mental health, and high dependency care needs across supported living, home care, crisis support, and community placements. We are expanding our Complex Care Team and are looking for experienced, compassionate and confident Support Workers ready to make a real impact.

The Role

  • 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 support packages
  • Complex behavioural support
  • Mental health and emotional regulation support
  • Autism and learning disability support
  • High risk and crisis intervention placements
  • Community and home based care
  • Personal care and medication support
  • Mobility assistance and hoisting
  • Observation and safeguarding duties
  • Detailed record keeping and care documentation

You will work alongside experienced care professionals and trained staff teams to deliver safe, structured and dignified support within regulated care environments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months care or support experience preferred
  • Experience within complex care, supported living or mental health settings desirable
  • Confident working within challenging environments
  • Calm, professional and reliable approach
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Drivers preferred but not essential
  • Flexibility for days, nights and weekend shifts
  • Right to work in the UK
