Hours - Permanent, Full Time 40 hours a week
Monday to Thursday: - 07:30 – 16:30
Friday: - 07:30 – 14:00

Job Specification:
- Undertake inspection of parts processed through our clients Inspection department.
- Work with production and quality engineering to process parts in an effective/timely manner.
Requirements & Experience:
- Must be able to use Hand Held measuring tools, Linear Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Surface Finish Testers etc.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and have knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel).
- Quality control preferably AS9100.
- Some experience operating a CMM, preferably Mitutoyo.
Main Duties:
- Goods Inwards, In Process and 100% Final Inspection of Parts utilising various inspection tools/methods.
- Perform routine visual and dimensional inspection and check for surface defects, cleaning, chipping, etc.
- Produce inspection reports, compile and complete CofC’s/FAIRS and Customer quality assurance documentation.
- Complete NCR’s when necessary and support 8D process.
