Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. Successful candidates will need to be able to commit to regular travel to London head office when required. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities; this is a sales hunter role. You will be fully supported by our back office technical team, the Commercial Team and our marketing partnerships. Additional responsibilities include gathering market and industry intelligence, preparing reports, and negotiating contracts with potential clients to achieve growth targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development - Hunter roles
- Preference for experience within accounting technology
- Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Closing at C-Level
- Analytical skills for conducting Market Research and identifying growth opportunities
- Experience in Strategic Planning of regions and verticals
- Proficiency in delivering software demos & working on stand at conferences
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, exhibiting independence, accountability, and collaboration
- This role is Field Based; we will expect on-site prospect meetings
- The ideal candidate will be highly sales and money driven.
- Legally able to live and work in the UK.
- Have access to their own transportation.
