We are looking to add a highly motivated Lead Facilities Engineer to their expanding team. Based in Woking, you will lead the design and support construction and commissioning of critical offshore facilities. Managing subcontractors and internal engineering teams across the global 2H business and interfacing with other disciplines, you will ensure all engineering activities align with safety, environmental, and quality standards. You will work on a wide variety of projects, encompassing engineering design and analysis at conceptual, feasibility, FEED, and detailed design level to optimize production processes, maintain facility integrity, and ensure regulatory compliance in offshore operations. The successful candidate will be a leader capable of building and nurturing a team as well as aligning with counterparts in other 2H offices to ensure best practices.
