The business is currently looking to add a full time, permanent Senior Contracts Advisor to the team. Supporting the delivery of commercially sound outcomes in line with business objectives, this role will provide day to day legal and contractual review, advice, and negotiation support globally. The position will report directly to the Senior Contracts Manager and will be based in Claxton’s Great Yarmouth office, with some home working an option. Duties •Provide day-to-day contractual support including the review, qualification and negotiation of commercial contracts, identifying and managing contractual risk and exposure. •Establish key contractual positions and prioritise critical risk items versus negotiable provisions. •Provide advice and guidance on contractual, transactional and compliance matters, including support on disputes where required. •Engagement with stakeholders at all levels globally; strong interpersonal and influencing skills, combined with a collaborative approach, will be critical. •Work closely with Contracts, Senior Leadership, and Sales
