Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, the main purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact to employees and line managers to provide advice, support, information and guidance on HR and employee relations issues, ensuring HR policies are followed, and any issues are escalated to the Senior HRBP in a timely manner.
