The Quality Advisor is responsible for ensuring quality is effectively monitored, measured and managed across the business, supporting the delivery of products and services that consistently meet customer, contractual, regulatory and company requirements.
Working closely with Project Engineers, Operations, Supply Chain, QA/QC Inspectors and suppliers, the role provides competent quality advice and operational support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality requirements are clearly defined, effectively implemented and independently verified.
The role supports the continued development and implementation of Claxton's Integrated Management System (IMS), promotes continual improvement, manages quality risks and helps improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
