As a QHSE & Compliance Administrator you will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of the goals set by the Head of QHSE. These will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the compliance of the global offices to the requirements defined in the 2H Quality Management System (QMS) and the 2H Health and Safety Management System (HSMS)
  • Ensure continual improvement of all aspects of managing the QHSE functions across the global offices
  • Maintain and further progress existing certification levels across the global offices for ISO 9001 and ISO 45001
  • Ensure smooth communication and reporting of QHSE issues to the management and engineering teams globally

Duties:

  • Complete multiple administrative duties in line with requirements for supporting the Head of QHSE (e.g. control of records, monitoring schedules, providing input to meetings, managing actions, updating documentation.)
  • Monitor QHSE activities for all global offices (e.g. training records, internal auditing, safety inspections) and create reports
  • Support our global offices by assisting them with their QHSE tasks
  • Develop and deliver in-house training material
  • Develop streamlined approaches to managing QHSE across the global offices

Required:

  • Have 2 – 3 years’ experience in the Administration environment and a strong interest in QHSE
  • Be of a generally outgoing and sociable personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be organised and proactive with good attention to detail
  • Be able to manage their own workload; show initiative and work well in a team
  • Have good mathematical/analytical skills and will be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint)
  • Preferably, have some knowledge and working practice, with a) ISO 9001:2015; b) ISO 45001:2018; c) Health and Safety Legislation
