Based in Gloucester and part of the VINCI Energies Group, we design and manufacture high-quality electrical switchgear solutions. We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Electrical Apprentice to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop practical and technical skills while working towards a Level 3 Electrical Installation apprenticeship. We are passionate about developing future talent. Our apprenticeships offer the opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands‑on experience and receiving structured training from senior engineers and an approved training provider.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the manufacturing, assembly and wiring of electrical switchboards to schematic drawings.
- Learn to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Support testing, fault finding, and inspection of completed panels.
- Use hand tools and electrical test equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
