As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale automation and electrical engineering projects. You will be responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget. Main Responsibilities – Senior Project Manager Lead, organise, and motivate teams to deliver automation and control projects to client specifications and deadlines. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present regular project progress reports, facilitating project meetings with multidisciplinary teams. Drive project quality through compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
