As Engineering Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our technical operations—guiding multi‑disciplinary teams, shaping engineering strategy and ensuring our projects are delivered with precision, quality and purpose.
You will:
- Champion engineering and design excellence across every stage of project delivery
- Lead, mentor and empower a talented engineering department
- Allocate expertise strategically to maximise capability and performance
- Build trusted relationships with customers and internal partners, becoming a key voice in project success
About You
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications with experience working on multi-disciplinary projects in nuclear or regulated industries.
- Proven experience leading diverse engineering teams (including site‑based or seconded staff)
- Strong understanding and implementation of relevant design codes, standards and procedures
