Our work spans the full project lifecycle, from concept and consultancy through to detailed design and delivery on projects of strategic, national importance.
Apply now for the positions of Electrical Engineering Degree Apprentice or Mechanical Engineering Degree Apprentice where we will challenge you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.
You will work as part of our multi-discipline engineering team delivering projects spanning nuclear including new build energy generation, defence and decommissioning sectors and other regulated industries, gaining experience at all phases of the design lifecycle, from concept through to detailed design for manufacture. You will be involved in the planning and executing of engineering and design activities, producing engineering drawings, documentation and calculations using tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, AR, VR, 3D printing etc.
You will study towards a Level 6 Degree qualification whilst gaining valuable work experience and earning a salary.

About you:
- You’re fascinated by design, CAD, and how things work - whether through school, hobbies, or personal projects.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You’re a team player with solid communication abilities.
- You’re eager to contribute to electrical or mechanical design in a real engineering environment.
- You will have (or be working towards) the minimum entry requirement of 96 UCAS points. A Levels must include a mathematical-based subject and a science, technology, engineering or an additional mathematics-related subject; or an equivalent Level 3 Engineering qualification (BTEC/EAL Diploma/T Level) at Merit Level or above.
- You will also have five GCSEs (or equivalent) including English, Maths and a Science at Grade 5 and above.
Our Degree Apprenticeship Recruitment Process:

- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend one of our Assessment Days in Spring term.
