Senior Control Systems Engineer who is passionate about technology, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is ready to make an impact.

What You'll Do

You’ll play a key role in delivering cutting-edge control and automation solutions for a wide range of industrial clients.

From concept through to commissioning, you’ll be involved every step of the way.

  • Actively participating in the whole life cycle of delivering projects, from start to finish.
  • Fostering great relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Producing design and test documentation.
  • Developing PLC, DCS, HMI and SCADA software, including platforms such as
  • Siemens PCS 7 and

Rockwell Plant PAx .

  • Performing testing with customers.
  • Carrying out on-site commissioning.
  • Compiling training manuals and running customer training sessions.

What You Bring

  • A strong understanding and experience with major brands of PLC, DCS and SCADA/HMI platforms, including
  • Siemens PCS 7 and

Plant PAx , with an appetite to learn new technologies.

  • Experience writing software and working with customers to deliver projects.
  • Good understanding of setting up, commissioning, and fault finding of industrial networks (Profibus, Profi Net, Ethernet) preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience working in an engineering environment.
  • An appetite to be the lead engineer on projects and learn new technologies when required.
