What You’ll Do

• Automation Support: Deliver essential support to maintain system integrity during breakdowns and installation.
• Fault Finding: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using your expertise to follow logic and find the root cause.
• System Modifications: Collaborate with clients to define and implement system changes, keeping their operations seamless.
• Health Checks: Regularly check on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Customer Support: Provide both remote and on-site support, assisting customers across the UK.
• On-Call Rota: Be part of the out-of-hours support rota, with flexibility to work around your personal schedule.

What You Bring

• PLC Programming & Fault Finding Experience: Hands-on experience with PLC systems and diagnosing complex issues.
• Multibrand Expertise: Comfortable working across various PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems, and quick to pick up new ones.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Methodical approach, listening to client needs and resolving issues efficiently.
