Monday-Thursday: 6am – 5:30pm
Job Purpose:
In this role, you will be required to manufacture PVC frames through the production line to provide high quality products to internal and external customers.
Role And Responsibilities:
- Working in a small team within all sections on the production floor to include machine shop, welding, fitting and glazing
- Using air powered tools to secure hardware to the frame
- Use of self‑standing windows fabrication machinery
- Rotating section work to ensure multi-skilled working and provide cover for staff absences
- To provide high quality standards throughout the build
- Ability to lift up to 25kg on own; above this weight additional personnel will be provided as in line with Health & Safety standards
- Adherence to all organisational policies, management systems and standard operational procedures, including legal responsibilities in relation to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality.
- Work positively to develop and foster good working relationships with colleagues and contracted personnel in order to maintain a culture of mutual respect and dignity.
- Represent the organisation in a positive way as to avoid the damage of corporate image or bringing the company into disrepute.
- Promote and display the Epwin Core Values.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage, but not essential
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem solver
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
