Role Details

Role Title: Sky Satellite Installation Engineer

Department: Sky

Reports To: Team Manager

Role Purpose: This team is responsible for the installation and service of satellite systems to homes and businesses across Northern Ireland, delivering exceptional customer service and installation services and support to the public.

  • Salary: £24,141, increasing to £27,000 after probation
  • Daily Subsistence payment of per day while training rising to £5 per day once probation is passed
  • £80 Monthly bonus subject to meeting defined KPIs related to attendance, H&S, and customer satisfaction
  • Overtime availability at an enhanced rate
  • Free Sky TV Subscription – after 3 months of service
  • Company vehicle including fuel card for business use, Continuous Personal Development (CPD), full training, uniform, and PPE provided
  • Automatic enrolment to Employee Discount Scheme

Principal Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work, ensuring responsibility for yourself and team members
  • Install and service satellite products to a standard set out by the Client
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set out by both the Client and Actavo
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience
  • Promote the brand positively through on-site performance
  • Liaise with the Team Manager regarding health and safety on-site

Education/Qualifications: A full, clean driver’s license required
