Purpose of the Role
To manage and oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all roofing activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and CDM requirements.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in roofing or re-roofing projects.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent.
- First Aid at Work certification.
- CISRS Scaffold Inspection (or willingness to obtain).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
