Overview
Actaris Site Services require a site manager for a groundbreaking project in Renfrewshire. We\βre looking for a Site Manager to take the lead on daily site operations for one of the UK\βs most impactful retrofit projects. Based in Renfrewshire, you will manage multiple subcontractors and trades across civil, mechanical, and retrofit works in occupied buildings.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities on site, ensure safe systems of work, maintain programme targets, and deliver high-quality results.
- Build positive relationships with contractors, residents, and local stakeholders.
- Lead on day-to-day site operations and supervise multiple subcontractors and trades.
