We are currently recruiting experienced Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs) to support multiple Sites Role Overview As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between site teams and residents, ensuring works are delivered with minimal disruption and maintaining strong communication throughout the programme. Key Responsibilities * Liaise with residents prior to, during, and after works * Arrange and manage resident appointments and access * Handle resident enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally * Provide clear updates on works, schedules, and any changes * Work closely with Site Managers and operatives to ensure smooth delivery * Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions * Support vulnerable residents where required Requirements * Proven experience as an RLO within social housing or construction * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage multiple properties/sites * Confident handling complaints and resolving issues * Organised, proactive, and professional approach * Full UK driving licence (essential) Own Transport Desirable * Experience working on K&B's * Knowledge of housing association procedures What’s on Offer * Immediate start available * Flexible short-term contracts * Opportunity to work with a reputable contractor * Potential for ongoing work across future projects
