Actaris Site Services seeks a Resident Liaison Officer to be the face of our client on a retrofit project delivering cleaner, more affordable heating to hundreds of homes.

You will build trust with residents, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely, accessible updates throughout the project lifecycle.

You will advocate for residents, capture concerns, and work with the project team to resolve issues while coordinating access, surveys, and appointments to minimise disruption.
