We are recruiting 2 experienced groundwork labourers to assist on nationwide projects installing ground source heat pumps (GSHP). This is long-term work with van and accommodation provided, ideal for reliable candidates who enjoy hands-on site work.
Duties Include:
- Assisting with trenching, excavation, and pipework for GSHP systems
- Manual handling of tools, materials, and equipment
- Site preparation and general groundwork
- Following health & safety procedures on site
- Supporting skilled engineers as required
Requirements:
- Previous groundwork or construction experience (preferably with GSHP or similar installations)
- CSCS card or willingness to obtain
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Willingness to work nationwide and stay away from home
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
