Role Overview
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between site teams and residents, ensuring works are delivered with minimal disruption and maintaining strong communication throughout the programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with residents prior to, during, and after works
- Arrange and manage resident appointments and access
- Handle resident enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Provide clear updates on works, schedules, and any changes
- Work closely with Site Managers and operatives to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions
- Support vulnerable residents where required
Requirements
- Proven experience as an RLO within social housing or construction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties/sites
- Confident handling complaints and resolving issues
- Organised, proactive, and professional approach
