Actaris site services are seeking a proactive Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support validation surveys across multiple locations. This role involves regular travel to sites, engaging with residents, and assisting surveyors to ensure smooth access and accurate data collection. The RLO will play a key role in maintaining positive resident relationships while supporting project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel across Essex, Dover, North and South London to attend validation survey appointments
- Liaise with residents to arrange and confirm property access for surveys
- Accompany surveyors where required to facilitate smooth site visits
- Clearly communicate the purpose and process of surveys to residents
- Handle resident queries, concerns, or access issues professionally
- Ensure vulnerable residents are identified and supported appropriately
- Keep accurate records of visits, access outcomes, and resident feedback
- Work closely with project and site teams to resolve access or communication challenges
- Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times
