What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the front of house team
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage bookings, walk-ins, and table allocations
- Assist with opening/closing procedures
- Support staff training and development
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Handle guest queries professionally
- Assist management with stock control and reporting

- Bar experience
- Strong leadership & communication skills
