Roofing Contracts Manager – Actaris Site Services
Actaris Site Services require a roofing contracts manager for a growing contractor based in Essex.
Responsibilities
As a Roofing Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing roofing projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass project planning, resource coordination, budget management, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations.
Within this position you will be responsible for the delivery of various external and roofing projects being carried out in housing, commercial property, new build and listed/public buildings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in roofing project management, preferably within social housing and private sector projects.
- Strong knowledge of various roofing systems, including flat, pitched, and liquid-applied solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid CSCS card; SMSTS and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
