Actaris Site Services is seeking an experienced Roofing Site Manager to oversee roofing projects in North London and the surrounding areas.\\n\\nThe role involves managing on-site teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the company’s high standards. You will be the key point of contact on-site, ensuring both clients and internal stakeholders are satisfied throughout the project lifecycle.\\n\\nWe are seeking somebody on a temp to perm basis- temp day rate will be £210 per day and will be a 3 month temp to perm period.\\n\\nQualifications-\\n\\n * \\n\\n NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent.\\n\\n * \\n\\n CSCS Card.\\n\\n * \\n\\n SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate.\\n\\n * \\n\\n First Aid\\n\\nPlease only apply if you are seeking a permanent position.\\n\\nPlease send cvs to be considered for this position
