Actaris Site Services are recruiting for a Site Manager for our client on a 9-month project in East London.
We need a strong SM who can take control of QA and Paperwork.
You must have:
- SMSTS / CSCS Black or White Card / First Aid
- Proven Site * Manager experience with Tier 1 contractor
- Strong background in QA, Quality Assurance, snagging, ITPs, compliance
- Roofing experience and Carpentry experience - essential to manage packages and QC
- Ability to hammer home standards and manage trades
- Good IT skills - Fieldview /QA systems
The Role:
- Site Manager reporting to Project Manager
- Taking ownership of QA and all site paperwork
- Managing roofing and carpentry sub-contractors
- Health & Safety, daily diaries, toolbox talksDriving quality on a difficult job
