Actaris is currently seeking a highly motivated M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on specialist projects in medical environments and high-end fit-outs. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing project finances from tender stage through to final account, with responsibilities spanning cost control, contract administration, and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial aspects of M&E projects from pre-construction to completion
- Prepare and evaluate tenders, cost plans, and contract documents
- Oversee interim valuations, change management, and final accounts
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure financial efficiency
- Ensure contract compliance and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree-level education in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
