An opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a pharmaceutical organisation by delivering people strategies that drive performance, engagement and compliance within a regulated environment.

This role will play a key part in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, supporting both commercial and medical teams, and fostering a high‑performance culture across the organisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with pharmaceutical business objectives
  • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition and development for specialist pharma roles
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, engagement and performance management
  • Drive succession planning and capability development to support long‑term organisational needs
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law, GDPR and pharmaceutical industry standards
  • Manage compensation and benefits programmes, including benchmarking and salary reviews
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline (CIPD preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare environments
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience supporting commercial and medical teams in a regulated setting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
