Overview
This is a senior leadership position with full responsibility for the strategic and commercial success of an established MS portfolio.
The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of approximately 10 colleagues across commercial and cross-functional disciplines, while working closely with medical, market access and global stakeholders to drive continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UK MS business strategy to deliver sustainable growth.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 10 individuals across commercial functions.
- Drive business performance through effective leadership, planning and execution.
- Work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access and other cross-functional teams to maximise opportunities within the MS market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare system.
- Identify market opportunities and implement innovative solutions to improve patient access and outcomes.
- Manage budgets, forecasts and resource allocation to ensure delivery of business objectives.
- Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the wider strategic direction of the organisation.
Experience Required
- Significant pharmaceutical industry experience with a strong commercial background.
- Minimum 3 years\' experience within Multiple Sclerosis.
- Proven leadership experience with direct people management responsibility.
- Track record of delivering commercial success within speciality care and/or neurology.
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare environment, including NHS structures and market access considerations.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills.
