We are recruiting a Brand Manager to lead UK marketing for a new epilepsy medical device, alongside a CNS portfolio of pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for translating brand and launch strategy into high‑impact tactical execution, driving sales performance and customer engagement within agreed budgets and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver UK brand and launch plans for the epilepsy portfolio and new medical device.
- Lead UK launch execution for the epilepsy device, including positioning, value messaging, customer education, and performance tracking.
- Translate market and customer insights into clear positioning and multichannel marketing activity.
- Work closely with Sales teams to ensure aligned messaging, effective national and regional meetings, and strong ROI.
- Develop compliant promotional and digital materials to support sales force and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Global Medical and Market Access teams to ensure cohesive, insight‑driven strategies.
- Manage agencies, budgets, and timelines to deliver high‑quality, measurable programmes.
- Build and maintain a UK epilepsy advocacy and KOL network.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Brand Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in medical device marketing, ideally within CNS/neurology (launch or lifecycle experience advantageous).
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system.
- Proven experience managing budgets, agencies, and multiple priorities.
