We're looking for a Quality Manager to join a healthcare-focused organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare, laboratory, or pharmaceutical quality systems, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support compliance activities including audits, complaints handling, and SOP reviews.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory standards including CQC and HFEA ( experience with HFEA is highly desirable).
- Manage weekly complaint reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and report directly to the Group Quality Manager.
- Maintain and enhance quality documentation and systems.
About You
- Experience in healthcare, fertility, laboratory, or pharmaceutical quality management.
- Strong understanding of compliance, audits, and regulatory frameworks.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Qualification relevant to CQC compliance is preferred.
