About the Role
An established private healthcare provider in London is seeking a proactive and meticulous professional to lead its Quality and Governance function. This is a key leadership role within a highly specialized clinical setting, focused on delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining rigorous regulatory standards.
You will be responsible for driving quality assurance, risk management, and governance strategies across the organization, ensuring compliance with national healthcare regulations and contributing to broader quality initiatives across a wider network of affiliated centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of quality, risk, and governance frameworks across the main site and associated locations.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies and maintain inspection readiness.
- Monitor and report on quality performance indicators, internal benchmarks, and improvement targets.
- Manage incident reporting, complaints, and non-conformances, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate internal audits, user feedback reviews, and continuous improvement projects.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
- Strong background in managing Quality Management Systems within regulated clinical or laboratory environments.
- Experience with risk assessments, compliance audits, and incident investigations.
- Skilled in document control, policy development, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficient in using digital tools and QMS platforms for reporting and analysis.
- Project management experience within complex or multi-site healthcare settings.
