Your Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical and/or electrical equipment
- Diagnose faults and perform first‑line troubleshooting to minimise downtime
- Support continuous operations within a 24/7 shift‑based environment (night shifts)
- Assist senior engineers with inspections, repairs, and improvement activities
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety, and site compliance standards
- Accurately record maintenance activities, interventions, and shift handovers
Your Profile
- Completed engineering apprenticeship or equivalent technical training
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering
- Previous experience in a maintenance technician or engineering role
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or automated environments is advantageous
- Strong fault‑finding, problem‑solving, and hands‑on technical skills
- Comfortable working night shifts in an operational, fast‑paced setting
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team
