The Assistant Project Manager supports Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Project Directors with the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects. The role acts as a key customer interface throughout the project lifecycle, with a strong focus on both internal and external project coordination and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of project scopes, schedules, budgets, pricing, and customer contract terms for multiple projects.
  • Support project execution within defined scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
  • Assist in preparing contract proposals, contract amendments, and managing customer billings.
  • Help secure and coordinate project resources, including subcontractors and direct labor.
  • Monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with estimated costs.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, scope of supply, ECI, and buyout reports.
  • Support subcontractor bidding, coordination, and performance against specifications and schedules.
  • Assist with project estimating and applications development.
  • Track project deadlines and provide regular project updates and control documentation.
  • Coordinate inputs from Engineering, Consultants, Fabrication, Shipping, and Construction teams.
  • Provide on-site installation support, start-up assistance, and site inspections as required.
  • Ensure projects adhere to quality, ethical, and safety standards.
  • Maintain customer relationships and build strong working relationships across all locations.
  • Travel domestically and internationally (25%), including occasional extended trips, and between headquarters and manufacturing facilities as required.
  • Conduct all activities in accordance with established health, safety, and company requirements.
