Are you passionate about sustainable building design and technical excellence? We’re seeking a Senior MEP Engineer to join our Global Building Design & Engineering team and play a pivotal role in advancing our sustainability initiatives across a global portfolio.

This role bridges the gap between strategic sustainability goals and real-world implementation—ensuring our facilities are not only energy-efficient but also technically sound and future-ready.

What You’ll Do

• Develop & Maintain Design Standards
• Standardize and document MEP engineering specifications and design criteria.
• Align technical documentation with industry best practices.
• Drive Sustainability Innovation
• Evaluate sustainable design solutions and energy efficiency strategies.
• Analyze building performance data to optimize systems.
• Support pilot programs and scale successful technologies.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance
• Review MEP design submissions for technical accuracy and sustainability alignment.
• Provide expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Validate engineering calculations and ensure performance targets are met.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in MEP engineering with a strong focus on sustainable building systems.
• Ability to translate strategic sustainability goals into actionable engineering solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with building performance analysis, energy modeling, and green building certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM).
