A global technology company is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join its Supply Chain Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and proactive professional to take ownership of inventory management, supplier performance, and warehouse operations within a fast-paced environment.
The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, monitoring supplier compliance, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. Working closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure products move efficiently through the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation and cycle counts
- Monitor supplier performance, compliance, and service levels
- Resolve inbound, outbound, and returns-related operational issues
- Analyse supply chain data and produce performance reports
- Track and improve KPIs and operational processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
Key Requirements
- 4-5 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or inventory management
- Experience managing inventory and supplier performance
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP, WMS, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is advantageous
