We are recruiting a Medical Affairs Lead in Aesthetics to provide senior medical leadership across the UK & Ireland aesthetics portfolio for a leading pharmaceutical organisation. This is a high-impact role working closely with Commercial and Marketing teams, combining scientific expertise with pragmatic, solution-focused collaboration.
You’ll play a key role in shaping medical strategy, driving data generation, engaging external experts, and leading a small team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Act as the Medical Lead for Aesthetics, providing medical and scientific leadership to the business.
- Partner closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to support compliant, high-quality actives.
- Lead medical affairs activities including research studies, data generation, expert engagement, and publications.
- Lead two direct reports, with responsibility for coaching, development, and performance.
- Build and sustain a high-performance, collaborative medical culture.
Specialist experience in either Medical Affairs or Aesthetics. Final Medical Signatory experience not required; training can be provided.
