A leading CNS‑focused pharmaceutical company is expanding its UK Multiple Sclerosis team following a successful recent launch. This role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for the promotion, account management, and market access of MS products across South West England and South Wales, working closely with MS MDTs, pharmacists, NHS stakeholders, and cross‑functional Medical and Marketing teams to shape access, positioning, and long‑term value within the MS landscape.
- Drive sales and market access performance for MS products across South West England and South Wales in line with UK strategy and NICE guidance.
- Build and own strong relationships with MS clinics, consultants, nurses, pharmacists, and payer stakeholders including ICBs, Chief Pharmacists, and Clinical Directors.
- Lead payer engagement and support business case development, including value proposition and budget impact discussions.
- Identify and deliver collaborative NHS initiatives, including pathway optimisation and RWE projects.
- Deliver sales targets, KPIs, and high‑quality rolling account plans through robust territory analysis.
- Contribute to national projects and initiatives that enhance team performance and customer impact.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Key Account Manager, Market Access, or Strategic Access professional within Multiple Sclerosis.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Medical and Marketing teams.
