Territory: Scotland & Northern Ireland (Field-Based)

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager to join our neurology team ahead of an exciting new product launch. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving commercial success across Scotland and Northern Ireland by building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and executing impactful account strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch and commercialisation of a new neurology product across the territory
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to local healthcare systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with neurologists, specialist nurses, pharmacists, and payers
  • Engage with key decision-makers within NHS Scotland and Health and Social Care Northern Ireland
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, market access, and marketing teams to ensure aligned execution
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify opportunities
  • Deliver high-quality, compliant customer interactions and educational initiatives
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the neurology portfolio

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally within neurology or a specialist care area
  • Strong understanding of the NHS landscape in Scotland and Northern Ireland
  • Demonstrated success in product launches and key account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • ABPI qualified (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the region
