We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager to join our neurology team ahead of an exciting new product launch. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving commercial success across Scotland and Northern Ireland by building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and executing impactful account strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the launch and commercialisation of a new neurology product across the territory
- Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to local healthcare systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with neurologists, specialist nurses, pharmacists, and payers
- Engage with key decision-makers within NHS Scotland and Health and Social Care Northern Ireland
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, market access, and marketing teams to ensure aligned execution
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify opportunities
- Deliver high-quality, compliant customer interactions and educational initiatives
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the neurology portfolio
Requirements
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally within neurology or a specialist care area
- Strong understanding of the NHS landscape in Scotland and Northern Ireland
- Demonstrated success in product launches and key account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
- ABPI qualified (or working towards)
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the region
