We’re partnering with a growing specialty pharmaceutical company with an established CNS portfolio, recruiting a Medical Sales Representative to support and grow its ADHD and Epilepsy brands across a defined territory. You’ll work closely with healthcare professionals across your territory to increase product awareness, support appropriate patient access, and deliver against clear sales objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Promoting ADHD and Epilepsy medicines to HCPs in line with ABPI compliance
- Building high-quality relationships with key GP and secondary care stakeholders
- Executing territory plans aligned to national and regional sales strategy
- Managing your territory as a business, using data to prioritise and segment accounts
- Identifying and developing relationships with key local influencers
- Working cross-functionally with medical colleagues on regional activities
- Attending regional and national meetings, as required
- Using digital and face-to-face channels to maximise engagement
- Analysing sales performance and sharing insights with the wider team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience
- ABPI qualified (essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware and confident working to targets
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a territory independently
- Good understanding of the UK healthcare environment
