We’re partnering with a growing specialty pharmaceutical company with an established CNS portfolio, recruiting a Medical Sales Representative to support and grow its ADHD and Epilepsy brands across a defined territory. You’ll work closely with healthcare professionals across your territory to increase product awareness, support appropriate patient access, and deliver against clear sales objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Promoting ADHD and Epilepsy medicines to HCPs in line with ABPI compliance
  • Building high-quality relationships with key GP and secondary care stakeholders
  • Executing territory plans aligned to national and regional sales strategy
  • Managing your territory as a business, using data to prioritise and segment accounts
  • Identifying and developing relationships with key local influencers
  • Working cross-functionally with medical colleagues on regional activities
  • Attending regional and national meetings, as required
  • Using digital and face-to-face channels to maximise engagement
  • Analysing sales performance and sharing insights with the wider team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience
  • ABPI qualified (essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially aware and confident working to targets
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a territory independently
  • Good understanding of the UK healthcare environment
