We’re expanding our Actalent Services (SAS) engineering capabilities across Europe, and we’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong software and systems engineering background to help us build new capabilities and deliver complex engineering solutions.
At Actalent, we partner with leading organisations across manufacturing, energy, industrial automation and transportation to solve complex engineering challenges.
The Opportunity
As a SAS Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee engineering engagements, manage technical resources delivering to clients, and take ownership of delivery quality, customer relationships and commercial performance.
You will:
- Lead complex software and systems engineering projects and customer engagements
- Manage engineering resources and multidisciplinary delivery teams
- Oversee project governance, technical risks, budgets and delivery quality
- Work closely with customers to resolve engineering challenges and ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate with sales, solutions and global engineering teams to support account growth
What Helps You Succeed in This Role
- Strong background in software and systems engineering, ideally within engineering services
- Experience managing complex engineering programmes and technical resources
- Understanding of verification & validation (V&V) and engineering delivery processes
- Experience in engineering consulting, outsourced services or client-led programmes
- Strong commercial awareness, customer management and problem-solving skills
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Embedded systems, hardware–software integration or managed engineering services
