A pharmaceutical company who are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Staines, UK.
They are looking for someone to provide the best-in-class customer service to deal with their Order to Cash process, process sales order, invoices and send documentation to customer and more!
Experience
- Experience in the managing customer service queries, disputes of invoices, request from customer and tackling it within a specific time frame
- Experience in a customer service function, ideally in the healthcare industry
- Language requirements: English but if you speak German, French or Italian that would be a bonus but not essential.
