About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Helping individuals access clinical research opportunities.
- Conduct telephone-based screening of potential study participants against protocol-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Accurately enter, review, update, and maintain patient information within clinical trial management systems.
- Schedule suitable participants into site appointments and maintain accurate booking records.
- Comfortable speaking with individuals over the phone for extended periods.
Required Skills & Experience
Essential
- Good English language skills, particularly reading and written communication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with individuals over the phone for extended periods.
- Good administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Preferred
- Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Psychology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, outbound calling, patient-facing, recruitment, or administrative environment.
