- Lead complex government and commercial programs from proposal through delivery and sustainment, serving as the primary customer interface while driving cross‑functional execution across engineering, operations, procurement, contracts, finance, and manufacturing teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational leadership skills, deep understanding of government contracting, and ability to balance customer expectations, business objectives, and program performance.
- Consistently deliver programs that meet or exceed customer expectations while achieving business objectives related to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications
- US Citizenship.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of program management, project management, or engineering leadership experience, preferably within defense, government contracting, manufacturing, or engineered systems environments.
- Demonstrated success leading complex programs involving cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing program scope, schedule, cost, risk, and customer communications.
- Strong understanding of U.S. Government contracting practices, including FAR and DFARS requirements.
- Proficiency with program planning tools, project management systems, and performance reporting methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
