We’re partnering with a growing specialty pharmaceutical & medical device company with a strong and expanding CNS portfolio. This hire will play a key role in driving the success of ADHD and Epilepsy brands across the South West.
This is a true Key Account Manager role, combining sales delivery with market access responsibility, working across primary and secondary care to improve patient access and outcomes.
- Manage a defined territory across the South West, driving sales and account growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to regional and national objectives.
- Deliver value-based conversations to support optimal positioning and uptake of products.
- Identify and influence key decision-makers including payors, clinicians and service leads.
- Support local market access by shaping pathways, guidelines and formulary inclusion.
- Work cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access and Marketing teams.
- Use data and insights to prioritise accounts and maximise opportunities.
Proven pharmaceutical / medical device sales experience as a KAM or Senior Med Rep. Demonstrable success in delivering against sales targets. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage a territory as a business. Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
